Mogers Drewett advises on the purchase of the County Hotel in Bath

South West law firm Mogers Drewett has advised the Kaleidoscope Collection on its purchase of the County Hotel in Bath.  The 4-star hotel offers guests luxury rooms with splendid views over the city’s famous Recreation Ground and Bath Abbey.

The Kaleidoscope Collection is owned by hoteliers Ian and Christa Taylor.  Their portfolio also includes No.15 Great Pulteney, a luxury 40-bedroom boutique hotel situated moments from the sights of Bath.

Having also advised on the completed sale of the Abbey Hotel last month, Tom Webb, Partner in the Company Commercial team at Mogers Drewett, said: “It was a pleasure to work with Ian and Christa again.  As seasoned hoteliers they bring innovation to the local hospitality industry with their luxury hotels.   The purchase of a hotel can be complex with many moving parts, but we have a wealth of experience in this area and take time to fully immerse ourselves in every detail.”
