Mogers Drewett advises on the purchase of the Homewood Park Hotel

South West law firm Mogers Drewett has advised the Kaleidoscope Collection on its purchase of the Homewood Park Hotel & Spa in Freshford.  The 21-bedroom, 4-star hotel offers guests luxury rooms with splendid views over the Limpley Stoke Valley.

Mogers Drewett has advised The Kaleidoscope Collection, which is owned by hoteliers Ian and Christa Taylor, on a number of recent hotel transactions, including the sale of the Abbey Hotel and the purchase of the County Hotel in Bath.

Tom Webb, Partner in the Company Commercial team at Mogers Drewett, said: “We have a long and trusted relationship with Ian and Christa and, as such, have a deep understanding of their business.  We were delighted to have the opportunity to act for them again on this special acquisition.”

This is Mogers Drewett’s sixth transaction in the sector since January 2018 with a combined deal value of over £25m.
