Mogers Drewett appoints Gillian Pears as Human Resources Director
South West-based law firm Mogers Drewett has appointed Gillian Pears as its Human Resources Director.
Joining the firm from the global workwear company Williamson-Dickie Europe, where she was Human Resources Director – Europe and the Middle East, Gillian has extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, internal communications and compensation and benefits.
Gillian was previously HR Director and Head of HR at media business, Future Publishing, where she was responsible to its board of directors for HR policy, payroll, training, resourcing as well as flexible working and family-friendly policies.
Gillian is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and brings more than 25 years’ HR experience to the firm where she will oversee its Bath, Sherborne, Wells and Frome based offices.
