I specialise in real estate development and commercial investment matters for developers, national house builders, institutions and corporate occupiers.
I also regularly advise on a variety of landlord and tenant matters, strategic land deals, multi-million pound finance and refinance matters, acquisitions and disposals (of a varying size) and estate management.
I have previously acted for large developers, student housing schemes, charities and statutory bodies in respect of their national acquisitions and disposals, as well as managing their property portfolios on a regular basis.
In my free time I enjoy boxing and weight lifting to keep fit, I am a National Hunt racing fan and I enjoy travelling and making memories with my young family.
