About The Role
As our Legal Assistant, Private Client, you will:
- Provide high quality administrative support to our lawyers including:
- organising meetings and diary management
- maintaining records
- acting as a point of contact for clients with the Fee Earner
- producing drafts of letters and document
Through communication skills and development of positive client relationships, this role forms a crucial part of the service we provide our clients.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Experience of a busy working environment
Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office (or equivalent) software
High drive to client satisfaction
Well honed administrative and prioritisation skills
High degree of accuracy and numeracy
Training will be provided but previous experience of a case management system would be an advantage.
