Receptionist & Central Operations Assistant – Bath

Location: Bath (Office-based)

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Join Mogers Drewett, a modern, forward-thinking law firm, as a key member of our Central Operations team. This dual-role blends front-of-house excellence with behind-the-scenes operational support, helping our legal and business teams deliver outstanding client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the welcoming face of our Bath office—greet clients, manage calls, and coordinate meeting spaces.
  • Support day-to-day office operations including travel bookings, onboarding, and facilities coordination.
  • Assist with health & safety procedures and compliance tasks.
  • Help organise internal events and training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot office and IT issues and keep things running smoothly.
