Residential Property – Legal Executive/Solicitor

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executives to join our team in Bath or Sherborne. About The Role
As part of our team you will:
- Provide a high-quality legal advice to the firm’s clients on their conveyancing matters.
- Working with other teams such as our New Enquiries and Finance teams, will manage your own caseload from start to finish, supervising conveyancing assistants as they work with you.
- Contribute to the growth of firm through business development and helping us identify and develop operational strategies and efficiencies.
- Assist other qualified colleagues in providing advice and representation to the firm’s clients as appropriate.
- Seek opportunities for new referrals across the firm or maximise opportunities for cross-referring existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client and colleague relationships.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience of working within a Residential Property team.
- An ability to develop positive relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
- Organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional financial awareness including a willingness to take responsibility for financial control of client matters.
- Demonstrate marketing, networking and business development skills commensurate with the role.
