Residential Property – Legal Executive/Solicitor

Full time (37.5 hours per week)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executives to join our team in Bath or Sherborne. About The Role

As part of our team you will:

  • Provide a high-quality legal advice to the firm’s clients on their conveyancing matters.
  • Working with other teams such as our New Enquiries and Finance teams, will manage your own caseload from start to finish, supervising conveyancing assistants as they work with you.
  • Contribute to the growth of firm through business development and helping us identify and develop operational strategies and efficiencies.
  • Assist other qualified colleagues in providing advice and representation to the firm’s clients as appropriate.
  • Seek opportunities for new referrals across the firm or maximise opportunities for cross-referring existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and colleague relationships.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience of working within a Residential Property team.
  • An ability to develop positive relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional financial awareness including a willingness to take responsibility for financial control of client matters.
  • Demonstrate marketing, networking and business development skills commensurate with the role.
