I have more than 15 years’ experience acting for a wide range of landlords, tenants and high net worth individuals in relation to their commercial and residential property matters.
My current clients include gym operators, technology start-ups, pub-café/restaurant groups, jewellers and various beauty product brands.
I also advise various clients on their commercial property and mixed-use holdings in the UK, assisting asset managers in maximising the value of those portfolios.
I can assist with all commercial property matters including:
- landlord and tenant – acting on leases and all supplemental documents;
- commercial property / lease acquisitions and disposals;
- secured lending; and
- property support for corporate transactions.
When I am not at work, you will generally find me trying to squeeze in 9 holes of golf or pitch side watching one of my 3 boys playing sport.
