I joined Mogers Drewett in September 2025 after running my own HR Consultancy for 7 years.
I have over 20 years’ experience in HR and have spent the last few years working with Technology, Engineering and Science startups and scale ups in the South-West. I have experience of the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exits but my real passion is developing and supporting high-performing teams.
Alongside my HR experience I’m also a qualified Leadership and Founder Coach and DiSC facilitator. My approach is strategic but pragmatic with a high regard for the commercial realities of employing people.
I live in Bath with my family and cockapoo, Walter. I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
