New Enquiries Coordinator

We believe a legal matter shouldn’t begin with paperwork — it should begin with clarity, reassurance and a human conversation.

Our New Enquiries Team is responsible for creating that first experience. We’re looking for someone who can combine organisation, empathy and commercial awareness to guide clients confidently through their first steps with us.

You’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for new clients
• Understand their needs and connect them with the right legal team
• Manage onboarding and AML processes efficiently
• Follow up thoughtfully to improve conversion and client confidence
• Act as a champion for exceptional client experience

You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence with IT systems, and experience in a fast-paced client-focused role. Experience in legal services or residential property would be helpful, but mindset and capability matter most.
