Georgina Woodman

Partner (non-legal) & Head of Department, Client Services - Bath

I’m the Operations Director and Head of the Client Services team.

I joined the firm in 2010 and studied to become a Chartered Manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute, the only professional body dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence.

I am responsible for the day to day running of our four offices, including all our equipment, IT and processes as well as managing the Client Services team who provide support to our teams and our clients. The purpose of my role is to ensure we have effective and efficient processes in place to best help our clients and ensure our teams can provide excellent client service at all times.

Away from work I adore being outdoors with my family, where I try to combine my love of canal boats, paddleboarding and cycling.
