I am a Partner and Head of the Disputes team at Mogers Drewett. I joined Mogers Drewett in April 2021 having previously held senior partnership positions in other legal practices.
I have considerable experience in contentious probate (disputed wills and estates), commercial and property disputes.
My clients range from private individuals to corporates and I am a firm believer in providing clear, objective advice to them.
Whilst I have a focus on providing value for money and trying to assist my clients in resolving disputes early through mediation, I have significant experience in taking cases through the County Court, High Court, First Tier Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
I was previously an elected councillor for 24 years having served on Somerset County Council, Mendip District Council and Wells City Council and a Governor at the Royal United Hospital in Bath.
Out of work I enjoy playing pickleball and going on walks with my wife Holly and 2 young children.
