I head up the Employment and HR team. When it comes to advising my clients on employment-related issues, I like to take a practical and straightforward approach.

I don’t stand on ceremony and I think clients appreciate that – solicitors can be a bit intimidating sometimes. A bit of down-to-earth, sensible advice certainly helps us solve their employment issues and achieve their particular objectives.

I’m originally from Liverpool, but live in Bath now with my wife and three children. When I’m not spending time with them all, I try to get out on my bike whenever I can.
