Featured Lawyer…. Rory McFarlane

Rory McFarlane is a Director at Mogers Drewett.  He specialises in advising clients about wills and estate planning, inheritance tax, probate and trusts. He also advises on all aspects of Court of Protection work including Powers of Attorney and Deputyships.

Born and educated in South Africa, Rory practised as a private client lawyer before moving to the UK in 1999 when he joined Dyne Drewett and requalified as a solicitor.  He now works in the firm’s private client team.

Rory has two sons and lives in a small village near Sherborne.
