Jonathan Cheal named in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame for eighth year running
Mogers Drewett is delighted to announce that Jonathan Cheal remains in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame for the eighth year running. Jon
athan was first recognised in 2018 for his expertise in agricultural law, having over 30 years experience advising farmers and landowners on a range of legal and property issues, and specialises in public and private right of way and access to land.
UK criteria for the Hall of Fame entry requires recognition by the Legal 500 as one of the elite leading lawyers for a minimum of eight years, based on the recognition of clients for continuous dedication and excellence in their practice.
Jonathan will be sharing his expertise and years of experience on the topic of public and private rights of way in the upcoming CLA seminar this Autumn. Attendees will learn how to object to a right of way claim, protect land against future claims, and understand the DMMO (Definitive Map Modification Order) process.
