Mogers Drewett’s Jonathan Cheal to speak at CLA Events
Mogers Drewett Solicitor Jonathan Cheal will be speaking at two of CLA’s upcoming events later this year. Jonathan will be discussing the law on Rights of Way. Attendees will learn how to object to a right of way claim, protect your land against future claims, and understand the DMMO (Definitive Map Modification Order) process.
Jonathan has over 40 years of experience of advising farmers and land owners on a broad range of legal and property issues, and specialises particularly in rights of way and access to land. Jonathan has successfully navigated this area of practice which is rarely encountered in solicitors’ firms. For two decades the main legal directories, Chambers UK and The Legal 500, have ranked Jonathan in leading individuals lists and since 2018 he has been named in the Legal 500 ‘Hall of Fame’.
The events will be held at two locations:

East Dunley Farm – 13th November
Jonathan will be speaking at 11:20-11:40 on these dates.
