Episode Two – Wills and Trusts
The second podcast is aimed at parents with SEN children and focuses on the importance of parents planning appropriately for the future and after their death. It discusses how setting up the appropriate structure either by making a special will or setting up a trust can ensure their estate is left in the most appropriate and beneficial way to protect their SEN child and cater for their individual circumstances.

I am also experienced in managing all aspects of probate and estate administration following the loss of a loved one.
I deal with high net worth matters, inheritance tax/estate planning and succession issues.
