Growth and Investment in People Drive Promotions at Mogers Drewett

There have been a series of promotions across the firm, recognising the outstanding contributions of its people and their role in driving the firm’s continued success.

The firm, which has offices in Bath, Wells, Sherborne and Frome, has appointed two new Partners and made further promotions across its Commercial, Private Client and Residential Property teams.

Emma Coate has been promoted to Partner in the Private Client team. Emma specialises in all areas of private client work, including drafting Wills, estate administration, tax and trusts, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Victoria Darvall has also been promoted to Partner in the Commercial team. Victoria advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, from constitutional work, shareholders’ agreements and Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes to strategic acquisitions, business sales and general corporate advisory work. She also has extensive experience advising on commercial agreements, including loan agreements, data protection matters, supply of goods and services contracts, subcontractor agreements, and terms and conditions.

Further promotions include Anne-Marie Worth, who becomes a Senior Associate in the Private Client team. Anne-Marie specialises in the preparation of Wills and all aspects of probate and estate administration, supporting clients through the practical and legal matters that follow the loss of a loved one.

Hannah Welbourn has also been promoted to Senior Associate in the Private Client team. Hannah specialises in the creation, administration and winding up of trusts and has extensive expertise across a wide range of related private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax planning and estate administration.

Meanwhile, Justina Prosser has been promoted to Associate in the Residential Property team. Justina advises on a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other complex matters that can arise during the conveyancing process.
